History: On an atrophic scalp of an old man multiple slowly growing ulcers covered with thick hemorrhagic crusts of more than 5 years duration. Some of the ulcers especially the small ones have pigmented beaded borders. Many features of chronic UVR exposure are seen on the scalp like hyper and hypopigmentation, scalp atrophy, solar elastomas and multiple BCCs.
