History: This man presented with an a symptomatic violaceous slightly scaly plaque on the lower lip of 6 months duration. On examination, the mucous membranes of the cheeks were involved by a whitish lacy plaques. Being a case of erosive LP, a biopsy was taken from lip's lesion showed classical picture of LP with out any malignant transformation.
