Clinically, there are many types of Granuloma annulare (GA) like localized GA, generalized GA, macular GA, Subcutaneous GA (deep GA) and perforating GA. Also GA may occur in persons with HIV disease or rarely in patients with lymphoma. The present patient has had multiple lesions of GA localized to the forearms of 4 months duration. The lesions composed of pinkish-red scaly papules arranged themselves into annular rings of different sizes. The patient is not diabetic and HIV negative.
