History:

Multiple, grouped, tense, thick-surfaced vesicles have developed since early childhood and have been diagnosed as a lymphangioma circumscriptum. The lesions have been removed surgically at adulthood. Many months later the lesions recurred again at the same site and developed even on the scar of previous surgery. Most of the recurred vesicles had clear fluid, however some were hemorrhagic. This case emphasized that recurrence is a common problem after surgical treatment of lymphangioma circumscriptum.
