Differential Diagnosis

History:

A 10-year-old girl presented with a large irregular brownish plaque involving the right sub-costal region of three years duration. The lesion has been treated with potent topical corticosteroid (Clobetasol propionate 0.05%) for the last three months. On examination, the affected area was moderately indurated and devoid of hair in comparison with the surrounding skin.
