History:

This diabetic man presented with several sharply but irregularly demarcated erythematous, indurated plaques on one of the shins of more than 2 years duration. The centers of most lesion were shiny and atrophic with waxy appearance. Many crusts and small ulcerations started to appear in some parts of many lesions.
