Differential DiagnosisHistory: This 35-year-old woman with several years history of recurrent alopecia areata developed erythematous plaque with central atrophy and depigmentation, and peripheral hyperpigmentation over the alopecic areas. She also had similar plaques on the nose, forehead, and preauricular areas.
