Differential Diagnosis

History: The lower lip is one of the commonest sites to be involved by SCC. In this farmer the tumour started as an ulcer on the lower lip and increased in size for one and a half year causing massive destruction of the lower lip. On examination one submental lymph node was enlarged. This unlucky man was a victim of the lip's eater SCC.
