Mulloscum contagiosum (MC) is a contagious viral infection of the skin caused by a DNA pox virus. It affects both sex and all age groups but especially more common in children and young adults. The face is commonly involved with an asymptomatic pearly umblicated papules usually <0.5 cm diameter. However larger lesions may occur and sometimes called giant MC as in this unlucky woman who had so multiple lesions many of them were giants involving the center of the face of about 9 months duration. Giant MC may resemble BCC or Trichoepitheliomas.
