History: SCC is a common tumour in old people. It may arise de novo or from previously altered skin by burn, scar, chronic sinus and actinic keratosis. The face is commonly involved by SCC especially the region of the lower lip. Therapeutic eradication of the tumour should be complete with an adequate safe margin, otherwise recurrence with be the result as in this man who presented with a recurrent SCC arising as an ulcer with everted edge from the scar of the previously excised SCC.
