Differential DiagnosisHistory: BCC is a common skin tumor especially among elderly people. Most cases involving the face with many therapeutic options are available for tumor eradication with high success rate. Here is a case of ulcerative BCC on the forehead of an old man of 18 months duration removed with excision and primary suturing with a silk suture under local anasthesia.
