History: 45 year-old male, still living with parents, who was convinced that "creatures were crawling" through his skin. The parents joined in a folie au trois, and supported his delusions of parasitosis. He admitted readily to picking the skin in an attempt to "extract the creatures." He was referred for mental health evaluation.
