Differential DiagnosisHistory: Occasionally psoriasis can get out of control and become generalised.Topical therapy is useless in this situation.Increased blood flow to the skin can cause cardiovascular problems in the elderly.This patient was treated with a combination of ultraviolet light and Acetretin orally.
