Differential DiagnosisHistory: This 12 years old boy has the problem recurrent for the third time and all previous episodes were around feb and may months. No history of preceding sore throat. He attributed the occurance of his problem to the stress during study and examination. The pathognomonic target lesions or iris lesions were identified. There were also some bullous lesions, especially on his lips. No history of any chronic ailments.
