Differential DiagnosisHistory: This one-year-old infant presented with an acute unilateral dermatomal eruption involving the right lower back, hip, and groin. The eruption comprised of multiple grouped vesicles on a fiery red background. The infant had no other constitutional symptoms. There was no history of maternal varicella during gestation.
