History: 20 years ago since onset. It started on left ear and 10 years after on R ear. No symptoms. Has been using antifungal medication without improvement. Dermatosis affecting outer ear canal and conchal bowl. Consisting of 1-2 mm dark brown papules, smooth surface, mostly grouped in plaques. Histopathology report: COLLAGENOUS PAPULES ON THE EAR
