History: Sweet's syndrome, or acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis, is a state characterized by the sudden onset of fever, leukocytosis, and tender, erythematous, well-demarcated papules and plaques which show dense neutrophilic infiltrates on histologic examination. Our patient presented with 8 days history of painful nodules developing suddenly on her forearms, back of the neck, and forehead, legs (shin). She gave a history of preceding sore throat, after which by a week, she developed those skin lesions. CBC was normal, WBC was 8.2. biopsy was taken and awaiting results.
