History: many oval red/ pink well-defined patches with cracked surface, appear located at lower limbs, and some at hands in this lady who presented very sever itching as well.Thus the name ‘discoid‘ or ‘nummular’ dermatitis, is given which refers to their disc or coin shaped lesion.
