History: This elderly man developed blisters on his abdomen and back at sites of minimal trauma. The friable blisters burst easily leaving erosions. His immunofluorescence showed IgG deposited between the keratinocytes typical of Pemphigus. He was treated with high dose steroids and Imuran but showed a better response later when treated with cyclophosphamide.
