Differential Diagnosis

History:

This patient was a case of treated lepromatous Hansen with glove and stocking anaesthesia.On one night he did massage to the feet with coconut oil and in the morning he got up with such presentation. In a person with such florid rat bite ulcerations one should test sensations and examine nerves to rule out Hansen. (Or other causes of peripheral neuropathy).
