Differential DiagnosisHistory: Sudden onset of bilateral red scaly rash in the groin and pubic area preceded by a herald patch on the thigh. He had no involvement on the trunk. Sometimes Pityriasis rosea remains localised to the groin or other flexural areas. The more atypical presentations like this take longer to heal. Comment on this case in the Globalskinatlas Blog
