Differential DiagnosisHistory: This patient has underlying Crohns disease which had been well controlled.She developed a painful ulcer on her lower leg after minimal trauma.The ulcer has rapidly expanded with undermining of the edges.The last images show the ulcer after 3 weeks of high dose steroids orally.
