Differential DiagnosisHistory: This patient had history of unprotected sexual exposure 10 days back.He developed painful, purulent urethral discharge,few days back.He had tender,ventral angulation of the penis suggestive of chordee.This is due to the invasion of gonococci in to the submucosal tissue of the urethra and give rise to an inflammatory response.Infiltration of corpus spongiosum may lead to painful erections with chordee.
