Differential DiagnosisHistory: This lady has previously had psoriasis elsewhere but recently developed these lesions acrally involving the fingers and toes. There were some preceding pustules but they are not evident today. There is marked nail dystrophy. The issue is whether this is simply acral psoriasis or the more unusual variant of acrodermatitis continua of Hallopeau? Comment on this case
