Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This man had never shaved beard in his life time. When he observed depigmentation of the skin just at the lower border of the beard, he got it shaved. To his surprise the total area confined to beard was depigmented. There was no prior history of pruritus or rash. On history it was revealed that he had started using hair dye since last few months. There was good amount of repigmentation after stopping dye and giving a course of oral steroids.
