Differential DiagnosisHistory: Psoriasis over 40% BSA, resistant to conventional therapy (PUVA, MTX, CYC-A, Topical Steroids, Calcipotriene). treated with infliximab infusions. Result is after only three such infusions at 0, 2 and 6 weeks at a dose of 5mg/kg.
