Differential DiagnosisHistory: Acute onset, atraumatic swelling of lip. DDx includes angioedema (this was too firm), cheilitis granulomatosus (this wasn't firm enough) and cheilitis glandularis (when squeezed, mucoid material emerged and biopsy was compatible). Treated with antibitoic combination with clearing.
