Differential DiagnosisHistory: 30 years old female who contracted this rash overnight having worked in the garden the day before in a top and shorts. The rash was only on the outer aspect of her forearm and the inner aspect of the right thigh. The rash and distribution suggested a plant contact dermatitis.Sometimes if the sap drips and runs on the skin the rash may be in a linear distribution and may show marked hyperpigmentation if the sap containing furocoumarins interacts with sunlight giving a phytophoto reaction.
