Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This pigmented lesion arose over a 6 month period.There was no bleeding. Histopathology showed a level 2 0.4mm superficial spreading melanoma.
The dermatoscope picture shows a dense pigment pattern and a blue grey veil with radial streaming, peripheral dots and globules and some regression in the paler area in the centre of the lesion.
