History:  A 34 years old  lady developed painful grouped blisters over the lower part of the right cheek,right ear and adjoining neck in a segmental pattern.After 2 days paralysis of face of same side appeared (BELLS PALSY). Diagnosed as Ramsay Hunt Syndrome
