Differential DiagnosisHistory: This young lady firstly had an annular lesion on her abdomen for a week before she developed the other lesions of Pityriasis rosea on her chest wall typically following the lines of the ribs. These lesions usually occur in covered areas and seldom below the elbows or knees.
