History: Punctate keratoderma or keratosis punctata palmaris et plantaris is an autosomal dominant keratoderma characterised by discrete keratoses on the palms and soles. This lady's daughter had exactly the same lesions. The central keratinous plug can be picked out leaving a small pit.The differential diagnoses would be plantar warts or arsenical keratoses.
