Differential DiagnosisHistory: This 45-year-old man presented with a few month history of developing a pruritic eruption on the left side of the neck. The eruption comprised of multiple red annular scaly plaques. He responded well to a two week course of oral terbinafine 125 mg bid and topical miconazole cream.
