Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Patient was told he had vitiligo, but did not respond to phototherapy. When examined elsewhere, he had claassic granulomatous-looking papules which, on biopsy, proved to be sarcoid. When the hypopigmented are was biopsied, it too was sarcoid. Shopwing that sarcoid can have various morphologies, even in the same patient. Patient placed on hydroxychloroquine.
