Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Presented to primary care physician who was sure patient had lupus. All labs normal. Sent to Rheumatology who repeated the exxtensive workup, which was again negative/normal. ent to Dermatology. We noted long history of easy flushing, worsening after red wine ingestion. Biopsy was consistent with rosacea. She has vastly improved using topical ivermectin.
