Differential Diagnosis

History:

Keratosis follicularis spinulosa decalvans is an X linked inherited disorder affecting the hair follicles characterized by scarring alopecia of the scalp, eyebrows, and axillae, sometimes associated with photophobia and keratoderma. It is more commonly seen in males.
