Description: Hand, foot, and mouth disease (HFMD or HFM) is a common, self-limiting, viral infection which is caused by Cocsackie A16 Enterovirus. It presents with blisters on the hands, feet, and inside or around the mouth. It mainly affects children under the age of 5 years.

Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This 4 year old toddler presenred with fever and a rash comprised of multiple tender faccid elongated erythematous greyish vesicles on the hands, feet and oral mucosa.
