History:

This 65 year old man presented with several year history of developing a photosensitive eruption comprised of erythematous, eczematous, lichenified plaques involving the scalp,face and dorsa of hands.  Sparing of the eyelids, and bottom of the deep wrinkles on forehead was noted.
