Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Red peeling skin rash on exposed areas of the buttocks. Note the sparing of the deep flexural creases where the wet nappy did not come in contact. This is an excellent example of an irritant dermatitis. Change nappy frequently. Use hydrozole cream and a barrier cream after each nappy change.
