Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This man acquired these lesions walking on a beach in Bali.Cutaneous larva migrans occurs when dog hookworm penetrates into the skin.The lesions may also be seen on the buttocks,genitals and the hands.The thin ,red,tortuous lines are due to the organism burrowing under the skin at a rate of 2 cms a day.
