Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This patient was immunosupressed on Methotrexate. He had a spreading red scaly rash on the face treated with a strong steroid cream which never really cleared it. On stopping the cream the rash flared somewhat with pustules being evident indicating re activation of an immune reaction to the fungus. Tinea infections are common in immunosupressed patients.
