Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Patient's with Peutz Jeghers syndrome present with early freckling on the back of the hands and face but also show these characteristic lentigenes on the lips and intra orally. The condition is associated with bowel hamartomatous polyps which may bleed or cause intusuception or rarely become malignant. They are also at greater risk of developing cancers in other parts of the body.
