Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Woolly hair is an uncommon condition associated with additional clinical symptoms. When woolly hair is accompanied by palmoplantar keratoderma, it may herald a deadly cardiomyopathy, and therefore this condition should alert the physician for a heart disorder.
