Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Patient of Dr 9 yrs old child presented with sore mouth and perioral blistering rash with itchy burning sensation, the rash was also in the posterior ear, axillae area popliteal fossa of the knee. She was treated with Keflex and topical Bactroban cream, but not improving. He had recent URTI 2 wks prior the rash, otherwise healthy child. DDx: Follow Up So linear IgA bullous dermatosis (Chronic Bullous Disease of Childhood) was diagnosed and she was on Daposone and was improving.
