History:

Patient with Darier's disease

Dariers often involves the skin folds as well, particularly the groin creases and under the breasts in women. As a red scaly disease it comes under the small s of solar, scabies and syndromes in the mnemonic. Treatment is best with oral retinoids plus treat infection for both candida and bacterial. A strong topical steroid cream helps as well for flares.
