44yr old gent presented with multiple hypopigmented macular lesions on his back for 8months period. He was treated for pityriasis versicolar with no improvement. Also he has numbness over his right fingers with reduced power in abduction & adduction of them.
O/E he has thicken Right Ulnar & Great auricular nerves with anesthetic, macular lesion over his Right elbow and the back.
