History:

Patient of Dr

24 yo young woman with 3-4 days history of mild sore & itchy rash on her chin. No fever.
Her chin was red, sore & mildly swollen.
Sent swab and started oral Dclox 500mg qid for 5 -7 days & Bactroban ointment tds for 7 days. C/S result was Staph infection. Her rash was better after 7 days.
