Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Case from Dr E Wee Hx: A middle aged farmer from the Terai region of Nepal presented to a local hospital with the development of multiple pruritic lesions over the wrists and ankles. He had otherwise been systemically well. O/E:
Patient commenced on (usual protocol at this site): Lichen planus in coloured skin makes it more difficult to appreciate the violaceous colour of the lesions but it is still present.
