Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Case of Dr J Davis - 46yo woman with change in tattoo. Red area in rose has become raised and very itchy despite being over 5years old. Surrounding skin is normal. No rash elsewhere. Has multiple other tattoos and none of them are effected. Otherwise well. Can she become sensitised to the red pigment after all these years? Appreciate ideas on diagnosis and management please. Have treated with elocon initially- will that effect the colour? Thanks.
