Case of Dr
Man in his mid 30's.
Presents with itchy lesions on his wrists, lower ant shins,and calves for several months.
Takes Efexor. Otherwise well.
No oral or genital involvement.
Typical lesions for lichen planus - Wickhams striae visible.
Started on diprosone ointment nocte to the lesions for 1 month.
